Confirmation email from NSW Maritime Tuesday August 16th - Hi George, I can confirm that NSW Maritime has agreed not to require lessees to surrender existing lease arrangements and enter into new leases until the Government has made a determination on the IPART recommendations. As previously advised in correspondence from the Minister to you, the Minister's Chief of Staff Mr Jaymes Boland-Rudder will chair an initial meeting of a high level working group to oversight a review of lease documentation and processes.Regards, Michael
